Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you offer physical photo strip printouts?
    No. In an effort to reduce waste, we are not currently offering physical prints. This allows us to offer our packages at a lower cost, and maintain a clean and sleek selfie booth station. No messy printer table, or discarded photo strips cluttering up your event!
  • Does setup time count against the time I booked?
    No. Setup and breakdown time is not on you; it's on us. You only pay for the time the booth is up and running.
  • Can I pay with a credit card?
    Absolutely. You can pay through our secure transaction site online and with a credit card. You'd only receive a transaction link after a signed contract.
  • How does the booking process work?
    You supply the details. We ask follow up questions if needed. From there, we send you a proposal with a cost estimate. If all looks good, we send over a price quote and a contract. A deposit of 50% of your price quote will be due upon signing so we hold the date. The rest will be due at a later date specified in your contract. All of this can be done online!
  • Will there be a booth attendant at my event?
    Yes. We staff the events we book with a trained booth attendant who still set up, break down, and supervise the operation of the booth. However, if you wish to limit guest interaction with our attendant, that can be arranged and our attendant will simply remain on-call for support at the location.
  • What is an "open air style" photo booth?
    This just means the photo booth is open to the air, rather than enclosed in a stuffy closet. Think of it as a selfie station set up for you and all of your guests to use. We like the open air style because that means guests actually see other guests having fun using it, which makes them more likely to use it as well! Here is what the booth looks like. It's comprised of a base, support neck, and sleek shell which encapsulates a ring light and an iPad Pro. We believe open is the way to go! Additional lights are set up as needed.
  • What customization options with the backdrop and props do I have?
    The best way to make sure you have the props and backdrop you dream of is to get in touch. Describe what you're looking for and we'll generate a proposal for you. Custom pricing is based on our current inventory and additional material we may have to acquire for your event requirements to be met.
